I have been a Danville resident for over 23 years and live with my husband, Joe, a lifelong resident, and our 12-year-old son, in one of Danville’s historic residential districts. I had the privilege of serving as the Heart of Danville’s Executive Director from 1988 until 1993, and have served on the Board much of the time since then. Before moving to Danville, I had the opportunity to travel all across the State of Kentucky with my work in State government, and Danville was always my favorite community to visit. Little did I know then that I would become a resident of this wonderful community. I am committed to preserving the unique charm and character, as well as the economic vitality, of Danville and the greater community. I look forward to continuing my work on behalf of the Heart of Danville to ensure that future generations will have the opportunity to live and work here, while enjoying the special quality of life we are so fortunate to have.
