While downtown welcomes investors and businesses of all sorts, we have identified some targeted business types that we are actively seeking. These are:
Retail
- Antiques: We recently lost our last antique retailer. We seek several quality antique dealers to open antique shops.
- Pet Boutique: We seek a boutique retail establishment that offers quality pet accessories, foods and services.
- Women’s clothing: We would like to supplement and add to the collection women’s clothing stores currently downtown.
- Kitchen: We are looking for a store that carries kitchen items, appliances, gourmet cooking utensils, unique spices and cooking accessories.
- Downtown Printer: Downtown has lost our printer, who relocated to the bypass. Our business sector would like a downtown printer that can handle both high volume and a quick turnaround time.

Office
Downtown is actively seeking office businesses. These businesses are asked to occupy upper story spaces if at all possible so that we can maintain first floor spaces for our retail and restaurant businesses.
